A boat trip off Ponta Malongane is not a conventional sightseeing tour. You head out into a habitat where nothing needs to be staged.
Dolphins live in these waters and, with a little luck, can be seen in their natural habitat during an ocean safari. Depending on the season, other large marine animals may also appear. Whale season is especially impressive, when humpback whales migrate along the south-east African coast.
No two trips are the same. You head out, look more closely, and take from the day exactly what nature allows.
Dolphin Encountours Research Center (DERC)
Main Beach, Ponta do Ouro. Dolphin encounters, seasonally also whales, combined with reef snorkelling. The operator explicitly states that sightings cannot be guaranteed.
